So there I was a doodlin' in my doodlin' ways when a thought occured to me: Where do little baby Shinlais come from?
Or to be more exact, how do they come? Is it live birth or are there cute little(huge) 'Lai eggs?
Ooooorrrr does Momma Shinlai somehow give birth through her element?

I personally picture them as more of egg layers...
Probably because if an intellectual being such as Dalia designed the speices, she would want them to be strong and give them the ability to survive if their parent had not. Thus, eggs would be a more likely route.

I dunno. What do you all think? :3

As far as I know shinlai are mammals and give birth to live young.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong you guys.

But not all mammals lay eggs. Shinali can be the platypi of Elaisha? :P

Considering I've yet to hear of a baby shinlai referred to as a hatch ling I don't think they lay eggs. Baby Shinlai get called pups, a bit like baby dogs get called pups.
