A little bit about my Shinlai: As I stated previously, I have an earth Shinlai named Aborox. He's a very big boy with a tough exterior and a soft, mushy heart. He's pretty much just a big lump... that will beat you up if you mess with nature. He's really stubborn at times, but he can be the best of friends with someone, so long as they don't mess with him or nature. Here are his status:

I've read the rules and perused some of the existing RP, and looked over the species reference material, and gotten to do several cards (most of which are still in the linework-on-bristol phase as I find time to complete them) of individual characters...it does seem like a close-knit community, and one that is lovingly well-tended. Lots of good stuff going on here. Wish I had more time to spend on you folks; this place seems like a lot of fun.

I've been roleplaying for about six years now. I started on Neopets with the one liners and kitchy wolves and such, and then graduated to Proboards and Invisionfree. What element is your Lai?: Viva is a Light Shinlai! She focuses more on the illusion and healing part of the light spectrum. Although she has been known to be able to create lightning flashes on few occasions.

How did you find out about Shinlai: It was a ways back, and I had come acrose Alana's profile on DA. I saw the first refference piece for the species, and while I enjoyed them, I never thought of joining the community! EVentually, the group was made, and of all the people I had been watching, Shinlai were popping up like crazy!! Eventually I tried creating my own for an adoption round, and while I didn't get that particular shinlai I went INSANE for the fluffie lais and have been rambling nonsense in their midsts for a while now :)

I had discovered the Shinlai sometime ago and did not understand that they were race let alone this amazing. So after a few months of just looking at random stuff I discovered an adoptable entry. I was interested again this led me to AlanaRoseHeart. She was amazingly kind to me that I wanted to join just to make friends with people and admire her creation.

I don't own a Shinlai and I have a feeling with how busy my real life is I won't get one but I just want to make friends with other artist. I do admit I would like to have a Shinlai if I am ever honored with a Lai I would most likely faint with joy lol.
